Omnixx Force

Mastering the Audit Process (MAP) Training
- Whether you’re a TAC, records professional, supervisor, or agency leader, this course is designed to build confidence and competence in audit readiness and CJIS compliance. We will break down state and FBI standards in a practical, easy-to-understand way and show you how to create sustainable procedures that keep your agency audit ready all year long.
Protection Orders- Coming Soon
The Details Matter—Protection order entries are more than just data—they’re critical. Dive into the ins and outs of entering protection orders accurately and in compliance with legal and ACCESS requirements. We’ll break down PCO/07 audit standards, how to avoid common errors, and what Brady indicators mean for your data and your agency.
New Terminal Agency Coordinator (TAC) Trainings are required to be completed within 6 months of a user taking on their role as the agency TAC.
New TAC Trainings are held in 2 hour increments and will cover the TAC responsibilities, audit process, agency updates, ACCESS & CJIS Online users, criminal history and misuse, records and NCIC validations as applicable for your agency.
New TACs should reach out to the ACCESS email box (ACCESS@wsp.wa.gov) once their memo550 for a TAC change is processed to schedule their training with an ACCESS Business Auditor. You may complete this requirement prior to submitting a memo550 if your agency has applicable time.
