State Patrol Announces New PIO Contact for Southwest Washington

The Washington State Patrol announced today that Trooper Ryan Tanner has been appointed to the position of Public Information Officer (PIO) with the agency’s District Five, which covers Clark, Cowlitz, Lewis, Skamania, and Klickitat Counties.  Tanner replaces Trooper Steve Schatzel.

Tanner has spent the last seven years as a line trooper in Clark County.  The media contact numbers will remain the same at 360-449-7960 during normal business hours and 360-906-2405 after hours.  Please call if you would like to schedule an appointment to meet Trooper Tanner.
