Washington State Patrol Seeking Witnesses
Thurston County -- On May 21, 2011 at approximately 10:00pm, troopers from the Washington State Patrol responded to a car-pedestrian hit and run fatality collision on I-5 northbound near Labree Road in Chehalis. Lily M. Rowland, 77 year old Chehalis resident, was walking southbound in the northbound lane of I-5 when she was struck and killed by an unknown vehicle.
The Washington State Patrol is looking for witnesses to the collision or anyone may have information about the incident.

UPDATE: The State Patrol is looking for a 1996 to 2002 full size Chevrolet Express or GMC Savana Van. The vehicle will possibly be missing or have a damage to the right side mirror, as well as missing the passenger side amber marker light.
