State Patrol (District 1 Tacoma) Names Communications Officer of the Year
Communications Officer 1 Jennifer Heater of Gig Harbor has been chosen as the District 1 (Tacoma) Communications Officer of the Year.
Jenn works at the Communications Center which serves Pierce and Thurston County.
“Jenn consistently provides outstanding customer service to emergency 9-1-1 callers and calls received on administrative business lines as well as Troopers on the air. She consistently goes the extra mile providing assistance when needed. Jenn is an asset and valued team member of District 1 Communications and is dedicated to her career and the citizens of the State of Washington,” said WSP Communications Manager Laurie Langlois.
Jenn began her career in law enforcement as a Communications Officer with the State Patrol in September 2005.
