Washington State Patrol Seeks Help Identifying Witness to Collision
Kitsap County - The Washington State Patrol is seeking help from the public in identifying the driver of a vehicle who may be a key witness to a collision last week near Poulsbo.
The two vehicle collision occurred on State Route 308 near the interchange with State Route 3 at approximately 10:30 am on Thursday, January 27. The driver of a Ford F150 truck traveling eastbound crossed the centerline and struck a Toyota 4 Runner traveling westbound. The collision sent both drivers to the hospital, one with serious injuries.
Based on information gathered from witnesses, detectives believe there may have been an additional vehicle involved as a third party or an additional witness. The vehicle in question is described as a blue BMW sedan-type, unknown year. The vehicle was seen exiting the Bangor gate prior to the collision and traveling eastbound to Keyport.
