WSP to Recognize Individuals for Their Support After Shooting of Trooper Johnson
Pacific County – Washington State Patrol Chief John Batiste will be presenting several individuals with the agencies Commendation Award for their efforts supporting the investigation and shooting of Trooper Scott Johnson. Trooper Johnson was shot while impounding a vehicle on February 13, 2010 in Long Beach.
Chief Batiste will be in Long Beach next week for the awards ceremony. Media is invited to attend.
