Fire Training Academy · Open Enrollment CoursesThis page contains links to announcements for open enrollment classes offered by the Fire Training Academy. Each class announcement contains class description, dates and costs. To register for a class please read requirements/prerequisites and follow instructions for submittal of registration. There are two registration forms:The general registration form (below) is for all classes except certification testing. A specific certification registration form is required for Firefighter 1 & 2 and HazMat Awareness/Operations written/practical testing. You may either mail or fax the registration form (the fax number is located on the form) to the Fire Training Academy. Download and fill out the registration form for the Certified Test Center. Payment must be included with submission of registration form. The Fire Training Academy will invoice Fire Departments. If no check is attached to application, applicant will be considered department sponsored. If no department is listed on application and no check is included, applicant will not be registered for test/practical. Cancellation Policy:The Fire Training Academy must be notified in writing five (5) working days prior to the scheduled start date of the test/classes or the full student fee will be assessed.
