Fire and Life Safety Education is provided through ongoing prevention programs and public awareness campaigns to help people make informed decisions regarding health and safety. Educational programs are delivered through cooperative development and planning with other state and fire service organizations.

Through information provided here, we are committed to offering people the knowledge and skills they need to lead safer lives. In addition to working with the public and media on educational programs, we also work with fire services and stakeholders to change laws that impact the Office of the State Fire Marshal or fire services.
