DESCRIPTION:
On August 27, 1998 Otilio Gonzalez-Trujillo had been drinking when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed causing severe injuries to his passengers. Gonzalez-Trujillo failed to appear in court. He obtained a Washington identification card in February 2002 but may be living in California.
