DESCRIPTION:
Gomez-Salazar was involved in a collision on August 24, 2000 in which he seriously injured two of his passengers. Gomez-Salazar was arrested and charged in Whatcom County with Vehicular Assault. It is believed Gomez-Salazar has fled to Mexico and may periodically return to Whatcom County for work.
