DESCRIPTION:
On December 10, 1996, Abimael Saenz was driving westbound on Old Olympic
Highway when he crossed the center line and struck another vehicle
head-on. The driver of the victim vehicle was seriously injured. A
passenger in the victim vehicle died as a result of the collision
and a second passenger in the victim vehicle was seriously injured.
Saenz feld the scene, failing to identify himself or assist with aid
to the injured. Saenz had been drinking at the time of the collision.
