DESCRIPTION:
On August 26, 2004, Romero-Cruze had been drinking and was driving southbound on Taylor Road in Adams County when he failed to stop at a stop sign and turned left into the oncoming lane of SR 26. Romero-Cruze struck another vehicle head on severely injuring a passenger. He was booked into jail for Vehicular Assault but subsequently failed to appear for trial.
