DESCRIPTION:
On February 04, 1999 Hipolito Gozalez Prado was driving northbound on SR 17 at Lemaster Rd at a high rate of speed when when he lost control on the northbound shoulder, rolled, and ejected both himself and his passenger. Prado was injured and his passenger died as a result of injuries from the crash. Prado subsequently failed to appear in court for Vehicular Homicide charges..
