DESCRIPTION:
On July 2, 2001, Avery A. Noiles was driving on State Route 2 near the Tye River when he was involved in a three vehicle collision. One of Noiles passengers died and two sustained serious injuries from the collision. Noiles is wanted for vehicular homicide and vehicular assault. He is a Canadian resident.
