DESCRIPTION:
On January 22, 1998 Flores was driving eastbound on State Route 500 when he drove through a red light at Falk Road and hit another vehicle injuring the occupants. Flores fled the scene but was taken into custody and booked the following day. He subsequently was released and failed to appear in court.
