DESCRIPTION:
On August 17, 1992, Figueroa was involved in a one vehicle/ATV fatality collision on Thacker Road near the city of Granger. The investigation revealed that Figueroa was the causing driver and had been drinking. Mr. Figueroa fled the area during the course of the investigation.
