DESCRIPTION:
Huerta-Carrizal is wanted in King County for Vehicular Assault for injuring his passenger.

On February 5, 1999 Huerta-Carrizal was driving a vehicle on the 148th Avenue SE at the on-ramp to Interstate 90. He crossed the gore-point and struck a disabled tractor-trailer. Huerta-Carrizal had been drinking. His passenger suffered severe injuries. Huerta-Carrizal fled the day after the collision and may have gone to the town of Tamayo in Guanajuato, Mexico.
