The State of Washington relies on businesses and citizens to voluntarily pay their fair share of taxes to fund state services.

Washington residents are required to register their vehicles within 30 days. A Washington resident may also commit fraud by registering a vehicle out of state in order to avoid paying sales or use tax. If you suspect a violation of either of these laws and would like to report it, please complete and submit the form below.

If you experience a problem with submitting the online form, please send your report directly to LicenseFraud@wsp.wa.gov and include any required information from the form below in the body of your e-mail.

Notice: Due to the number of complaints received, a personal response is generally not provided. If you want an officer to call or e-mail you back, please indicate in the comments section.
